This notice covers the Total Engage marketing website, operated by Tech Tactics LLC. It describes the website’s inquiry forms and on-demand demo. Data arrangements for a hotel’s managed engagement programme are addressed separately in the relevant service agreement.
Information you provide
When you request a consultation, you provide your name, work email, phone number, property name and any message you choose to send. When you unlock the full demo, you provide your work email, hotel or property name and job title. Please do not put guest records, payment details or other sensitive information into these forms.
How this information is used
Inquiry details are used to respond to your request and discuss your property’s needs. Demo details are stored to provide and manage access to the recording and support follow-up on your inquiry. Submitting a form is not presented as consent to an unrelated newsletter.
Demo access cookie
After a successful demo submission, the website sets a necessary access cookie that expires after eight hours. The server uses it to check whether your browser may play the private demo. It is separate from a marketing subscription. You can remove it through your browser settings; doing so ends that browser’s demo access.
Website and video providers
The website and demo access records are hosted on Replit. Consultation requests use our customer relationship management workflow. Public video clips are hosted by Livid and load when you choose to play them. The site also loads fonts from Google and uses ClickRank for website search optimization. These providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, when their services load.
Questions about your information
Contact support@totalengage.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. Include enough context to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive guest data. We may need to verify the request before taking action.
Scope and updates
This notice describes this website as updated on 17 September 2026. It does not set the data processing terms for your property’s guests. Ask for the applicable service and data processing terms before providing guest data for a managed programme.
